VidaViva Ecofood's extra virgin organic olive oil is made from our organic olives.

The agricultural areas are located specifically in the village of Tijarafe, at an altitude of 270 to 800 meters, in areas with quite favorable agroecological conditions. After the 2021 volcanic eruption affected our plantations and crops, we hope that all the nutrient-rich ash, along with the island's clean air, unparalleled mountains and water, and the many hours of sunlight will help improve the production and quality of our raw material.

After being hand-harvested, the olives undergo an initial quality control, which is carefully hand-selected to eliminate any olives deemed deficient due to defects. They then undergo cold-pressing to obtain the oil.
