VidaViva Ecofood's infusion fruits are made from organically produced fruits on the island of La Palma (Canary Islands), a World Biosphere Reserve, known asThe Beautiful Islandfor its beautiful and diverse landscapes.

The farms are located in the municipality of Tijarafe, at various altitudes ranging from 270 m above sea level to 800 m, in areas that offer excellent conditions for agroecology. After our plantations and harvests were affected by the volcano that erupted in 2021, we hope that all the nutrient-laden ash, along with the island's pure air, its incomparable mountain water, and its wonderful light with many hours of sunshine, will contribute to improving the production and quality of our raw materials.

Properties of dehydrated fruits

Infusion preparation method
Fill a mug with boiling water and add 1 level tablespoon of our fruit mix. Cover and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes before enjoying. To prepare 1 liter of infusion, add 4 level tablespoons.
