Our production and harvesting produce a lot of mandarins, which are grown organically in our own fields in Tijarafe. The fields are very well located because they have a very good altitude, ranging from 270 m to 800 m, which means that the conditions in the growing areas are very good.

Some time ago a volcano eruption on the island of La Palma caused problems for our crops, but after all the suffering the ash was used on our plantations. Our plantations benefit greatly from the nutrient-rich ash, and the island's clean air, glorious sunshine and natural mountains help our mandarins thrive and grow more efficiently. The mandarins are hand-harvested, cleaned, sorted and dehydrated to produce nutritious and healthy dehydrated mandarins for cocktails.
