VidaViva Ecofood produces dehydrated fruits from organic fruits that are produced in one of the agricultural areas of the island of La Palma, known as Isla Bonita, with its diverse and beautiful landscapes and iconic places.

Most of the citrus fruits come from organic production and harvesting in our own fields in Tijarafe. The fields are very well located because they have a very good altitude, ranging from 270 m to 800 m, which makes the conditions in the growing areas very good.

A while ago, a volcano erupted on La Palma and caused problems for our crops, but after all the suffering, the ashes were used on our plantations. Our orchards benefit from the nutrient-rich volcanic ash, the island's clean air, good sunlight and natural mountains help our citrus trees thrive and grow more efficiently. The oranges are harvested, cleaned, peeled, sorted and their peels are dehydrated to produce healthy and nutritious dehydrated orange peel for use in desserts, salads or natural cosmetics.
