On the island of La Palma (the beautiful island), VidaViva Ecofood's green bean snack is made from locally grown, organic vegetables.

Our company is located in the municipality of Tijarafe. Our fields are at various altitudes above sea level, specifically from 207 to 800 meters, and these areas offer excellent conditions for farming, which is very beneficial for our fields.

A while ago, a volcano erupted on the island of La Palma, affecting our crops. But it wasn't all bad, as the volcanic ash contains many nutrients that are very good for our crops. These nutrients, along with the island's clean air, long daylight hours, and wonderful mountain waters, help improve the quality and production of our crops, thereby also improving our raw materials.

All vegetables undergo a dehydration process after harvesting, which preserves almost all of their nutritional properties, color, and flavor.
